Before that, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Decisions, Operations, and Technology at the CUHK Business School, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. in Operations and Information Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kee’s scholarly activities are largely based on his interest in examining how technology features and platform policies affect the decision-making process and individual behaviors. His research appears in premier journals such as Management Science (MS), Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), and Production and Operations Management (POM).

In terms of teaching, Kee has taught technical and analytical courses at various levels of programs over the past years. His ****course and instructor ratings have been consistently placed well above the school average. He has also been awarded a number of teaching awards over the past years at the CUHK Business School and the Wisconsin School of Business.
